School council visit Parliament buildings
7th May 2024
Today the school council had an educational visit to Parliament buildings. Our tour guide, Marina, showed us around the building and explained to us what happens within the building. We were so lucky to get into the Assembly Chamber and witness the MLAs debating and voting on the delaying of removing parking charges at hospitals bill. It was all very exciting. We also got talking to Justin McNulty MLA who came over to chat about the upcoming Ulster Final match. Many thanks to Mairead, a parent who took the time out of her busy schedule to accompany us. A great time was had all.
