Dear school community,
As we prepare to open our Nurture Group Classroom, we are asking for the assistance of our staff, parents and wider community members with resourcing it, where possible. This room will be a hybrid of a home/school environment and there is a need for a great amount of furniture and equipment, much of which we have purchased ourselves. If you can possibly help us by donating, or sponsoring, any of the following items (in new or nearly new condition), please email cmccafferty729@c2kni.net or phone the school office on 028 38323163. Alternatively, smaller items can be placed in a box at the office door.
Circular rug(colourful)
Fleecy blankets
Pots & Pans
Teapot
Kitchenware (plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, glasses etc.)
Mixing bowls and baking implements eg spoons, measuring cups, cookie cutters etc
Scales/Timers
Cleaning implements (eg dustpan and brush)
Gardening aids (gloves, wellies etc)
Doll's pram or pushchair
Construction toys and Megabloks
Children’s books
Superhero costumes
Fairy lights/torches
Large teddy for circle time
Board games eg. Jenga, Guess Who
Sensory play resources
Weighted animals/cushions/blankets
